RESERVATION

I am ready to proceed with my storage unit reservation. What do I need?

You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid government-issued photo ID with your current address on it in order to sign the storage lease agreement. STORAGE

What kind of storage unit do I need?

You can go to “Mini-Storage” on our main menu and consult our Storage Size Guide or our especially design Storage Size Calculator to help you calculate the space that you will need based on the size of your personal items and furniture.
In the event where you are still not able to decide and choose the unit that will better suit your needs, do not hesitate to contact us at (514) 637-3333 and one of our storage solution experts will be pleased to assist you in answering all of your questions.

Which items cannot be stored in your storage unit?

For your safety and the safety of others, we prohibit the storage of food products and substances that are classified as hazardous or toxic that may be harmful to the health and safety of individuals and that may be dangerous to the environment. Hence, it is forbidden to store food, perishable goods, liquids, waste, odorous substances, illicit products, animals, plants, flammable products and liquids such as paint, solvents, gasoline, propane, etc. It is also mandatory to empty the oil and fuel related to motor engines of lawn mowers, snow blowers, motorcycles, etc. We would like to specify that the above-mentioned list is not exhaustive and can be extended to other products.

Will I need a temperature controlled self-storage unit?

To ensure that your personal items and furniture are kept in good condition, Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace has a centralized heated and ventilated system that allows the ambient temperature to be adjusted and controlled when necessary.

Do you have any outdoor storage units?

Yes, we offer mobile storage units of two different sizes for clients who wish to store personal items and furniture into our outdoors units. Do you have any outside parking space?

No, we do not offer this service at the moment.

ACCESSIBILITY & SECURITY

What are the scheduled hours where I can have access the storage facility?

+

You can have access to your storage unit from Monday to Sunday between 8:30 to 20:30 and that all year round.

How often can I have access to my storage unit?

+

You may have access to your storage unit as many times as you wish as long as it’s within the storage facility's scheduled hours

How do I get access to the storage facility?

+

You can have access to the storage facility with a personal customized digital access code that will be provided to you once the storage lease agreement is signed. It is also very important to lock your storage unit with your own padlock, as you will be the only one owning the padlock key or code.

I forgot my personalized digital access code, what should I do?

You can send us an email at info@minientrepotmonespace.com and shortly after we will send you a new personalized digital access code.

Are the storage units accessible on a drive-thru basis?

Yes, our storage units are accessible on a drive-thru basis and moving vehicles have easy access to an exclusive unloading or loading area.

Is the access to the storage facility secured?

Yes, we have put in place security measures and security systems to secure and control the access to the storage site and the storage facilities. If you require any further information, you can go to “Security” on our home page.

Is it possible to reach someone in case of an emergency after office hours?

In case of an emergency, do not hesitate to contact us at (514) 637-3333 and one of our storage solution experts will be pleased to provide you with the help that you need.

OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Can I purchase packing supplies and storage accessories?

Yes, we offer a wide range of packing supplies and storage accessories. You can go to our "Supplies and accessories».

Do you have a delivery service?

+

Yes, for deliveries above 250$ and within a radius of 25 kilometers we can deliver at an additional cost of 50$.

INSURANCE

How do I insure my personal items and furniture in the storage unit?

+

You can transfer your home insurance policy to your storage unit in order to insure your personal items and furniture.

PAYMENTS

What are the available payment methods?

+

You can pay either by cash, debit card or by Visa or MasterCard credit card. Please note, that checks are not accepted as a payment method.

Do I pay at the end of the month?

+

Payments must be made no later than the first day of the storage cycle of 4 weeks or 28 days. To facilitate the payment process we can automatically charge your credit card on the first day of your storage cycle.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

When will my promotional offer be credited?

+

The amount will be credited at the end of the term required to benefit from the promotional offer in question. The promotional offers are valid for a specific period of time. If you sign your storage lease agreement during the promotional period and the actual date of taking possession of your unit does not exceed 48 hours from the expiry date of the offer, you will be eligible.

Can I benefit from two or more promotional offers at the same time?

No, promotional offers currently being offered cannot be cumulated.

Do you comply with the hygiene measures related to COVID19?

Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace is committed to meeting the sanitary requirements of the Ministry of Public Health and will take all the necessary measures to protect its clients from COVID 19.
