Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace doesn’t charge its clients for any first time administration fees.

STORAGE LEASE AGREEMENT

Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace offers storage leases based on a 4-week cycle. The minimum required rental period for a storage unit is one cycle, i.e. 4 weeks. In addition to short-term lease agreements, Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace also offers long-term lease agreements for clients who require long-term storage.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

The payment of a storage unit’s rental fees can be made in cash, by debit card or by MasterCard or Visa credit card. The storage rental fees must be paid or charged to the credit card before the 1st day of every cycle.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

The renewal of the storage lease agreement is automatically carried forward on the 1st day of each cycle. You can cancel your storage lease agreement at any time as long as a 14 days’ notice is given to Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace. Hence, only the prorated portion of the cycle will be charged, in accordance with the notice period. However, if you decide to cancel your storage lease agreement within the first 2 weeks of the first storage rental cycle, you will be required to pay the entire first cycle.

NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM MINI-ENTREÔT MON ESPACE

When storing at Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace, you will always have the option of transferring your home insurance policy to your storage unit in order to insure your personal items and furniture.

CENTRALIZED HEATED AND VENTILATED SYSTEM

Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace offers you a centralized heated and ventilated system to keep your personal items and furniture protected at the storage facility.

Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace’s priority is to store your personal items and furniture in a secure environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have put in place security measures and security systems to secure and control the access to the storage site and the storage facilities.

ALARM SYSTEM

The central alarm system at the storage facilities is equipped with a dual function system which provides protection in case of fire and/or intrusion.

The alarm system is also equipped with motion sensors, fire sprinklers and is connected to a fire alarm central station, which when triggered, a signal is sent to the police and fire department for immediate intervention if necessary.

SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS

Several surveillance cameras are installed, both inside and outside of the storage facilities in order to ensure a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week surveillance.

ELECTRONIC ACCESS SYSTEM

In order to have access to the storage facilities, Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace will give you a personal customized digital code that will allow you to identify yourself. Once you’ve entered this code onto the keyboard you will have access to the storage facilities.

SECURITY FENCES AND GATE

Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace’s storage site is entirely fenced, thus, ensuring a secure and well protected storage site.

LIGHTING

For your comfort and safety, Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace provides you with storage units that are well lit day and night.

Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace’s storage site is accessible by car or truck. It is also located in an area where buses and taxis can be used as a means of transportation. Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace offers storage units that are accessible on a drive-thru basis. In addition, Mini-Entrepôt Mon Espace has assigned an area exclusively for the unloading and loading of merchandise to better assist its clientele with their move. This area can host 3 trucks simultaneously, regardless of the size and weight of the furniture to be stored.
