Start your pre-booking

To obtain an overview of the choices that you have made in the previous steps, we suggest that you go to the Pre-book button and fill out the related form.

At the end of this step, a detailed summary of your choices will be created and a copy of this summary will be instantly sent to your email.

Confirm your reservation

In order to confirm your storage unit reservation one of our storage solution experts will contact you to review your choices and finalize the reservation of your unit.

An email confirming your reservation will be sent to you as well as a detailed summary of your storage unit reservation.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within an hour of your call, please verify your email’s "Spam" folder.

Remember that the storage unit reservation is a critical step in this process, as it guarantees both the availability of the chosen storage unit and the promotion that you have signed up for.

Receive your lease agreement

We recommend that you come to our office to sign the storage lease agreement before the scheduled move-in date. Once the agreement is signed, you will be able to claim your storage unit and immediately lock it up

Remember to bring your padlock, if not you can always purchase one on premises.

After signing the storage lease agreement, we will send you by email your personalized digital code in order to have access to the storage facility.

If you don't receive your code within an hour of signing the storage lease agreement, please verify your email’s “Spam” folder.

To help you get started, we also recommend that you go to our "Tips" section at the bottom of the home page in order to find our expert packing, moving and storage golden rules.

No worries! On move-in day, we will be there to greet you and provide you with the final instructions.

Please bring with you a government-issued photo ID, as you will be asked for it to confirm your identity.

Remember to bring your storage unit padlock keys and your personalized digital code in order to have access to the storage facility.
